How do I help my schizo mom, when she doesn't think she needs help?

my mom is schizophrenic. She is always paranoid, she quit her job just because and now sits at home all day smoking and watching tv or surfing the net. She does minimal yard work, mostly tending to her garden and washing her truck, and occasionally cooks dinner. She won't clean the house and expects me to do it (I work full time and go to school full time I would move out but can't afford school and work) and always critcizes me for making messes, or being fat or selfish or stuck up. She won't see a doctor for her health issues, let alone for mental health issues. She doesn;t even want to leave the house to go grocery shopping anymore. I know people have to want to be helped, but I am afraid she is going to become a recluse and one day flip out and need to be institutionalized. What can I do? (short of winning the lotto and moving far far away)
