How long before getting pregnant do I need to stop taking dietary supplements?

I just bought a dietary supplement called ATRO-PHEX. It states not to use if pregnant or contemplating pregnancy. My husband and I don't plan to get pregnant until August or September, God willing. I'm a little worried how long the supplement will last in my body. I was planning to take it for 2 months and work out as hard as I can to get strong and healthy before conceiving but now I'm worried it will not clear my body before the time we are planning on getting pregnant. Can someone shed some light on my doubts and worries about taking this supplement ? Thank you :)
