Would I be able to move out under my current conditions?
I live with my father currently and I am 14. My mother is unstable financially and would not be considered a suitable parent to live with being the un-santary conditions of her house. My dad is financially stable and can afford things for me. However, my grandma pays for my clothes, any sports that cost money (dance for exaple), guitar lessons, and extra stuff like books and belts ect... My dad is a strict dad, which is good, but he doesnt support a lot of the things I do. I sang the National Anthem at the fair and none of my family came to watch. I sang at a theme park and only my grandma came to watch me. I play sports and none of my family goes to watch. My grandma lives 2 and a half hours away so she cant come to everything I do, but she does come to as much as she can. My father said to me and my mom before he signed the papers to be primary parent, "You can move back with your mom anytime you want." I cannot move back with my mom because of the conditions, but I am not happy living with my dad. I asked if I could move with my grandma and she is NOT asking for any tpye of child support or financial help, but he said no. My grandmother works and lives by her self. The school in my current town is on "Persistantly low acheiving list" whereas, my grandma's town's school is ranked one of the top in Iowa. My grandma is really loving and I love spending time with her. Can I make the choice to move out? And if I need to talk to a moderator or lawyer where would I find a moderator?
