When you buy Dell, it sort of tells everyone that you don't have a clue about computers. Those that buy them do so only because they don't know any better and pick the first name that pops into their mind (because they happen to advertise the most) disregarding quality, performance and value. Their notebooks fail often. Couple this with terrible support and you eventually realize your mistake. Get a Lenovo.
