Cuba's poverty is blamed on Fidel Castro, so Mexican poverty should be blamed on the PRI party. Agree?

Since the PRI party was a dictatorship system in Mexico, like Fidel in Cuba, and since they are as mean and evil as Fidelin Castrto, The poor cl in Mexico deserves Exile in the USA.... oh yeah! Laws reforms. :)
