What graphics card(geforce 2/3?)?

I have an hp a307x(full size) and it has the Intel 845g graphics. YES I know it is old. I'm thinking of upgrading the graphics(via AGP 4x) and I was wondering what graphics card do you recommend. It has 218w power supply, so it has to be an old one, but I want something better than an 845g. I'm thinking a geforce 2/3 or along those lines......would it be an upgrade? compared to what I have now.........
